Student group shot at GraduationYes, it was smiles all round at last week’s CoEM graduation at one of Sydney’s premier venues, Establishment. Speakers that evening included CEO of City of Sydney Monica Barone, who not only had words of encouragement for graduates but referred to the healthy state of the event industry Australia-wide and the abundance of new opportunities coming into the job market. From what Monica and other speakers were intimating, it seems a pretty good time to become an event manager.

It’s also a special kind of night when you get lots of people in the same room who have:
· achieved something challenging yet brilliant.
· bonded so closely having travelled a common path together.
· spent so much time and effort making themselves look gorgeous.
· are so excited to finally call themselves event managers and can’t wait to get out there into the industry with their newfound skills and knowledge.

Enjoy the pics!
